The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) has established that taxpayers who purchase or rent Original Art Canadian artworks, either for their personal office or for the common areas of their places of business (such as the lobby or hallway) can claim a tax deduction for the cost of purchasing or renting the work.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
It is my utmost intention to satisfy everyone who falls in love with one of my art pieces. Mainly because part of my heart goes to you in each work. For this reason, I handle each sale and each commission with very clear terms so both parties are always on the same page. Each artwork has a detailed description where you can read about the work, the medium, surface and if you hover over the photos, you have the zoom option. I take the photographs of my paintings and although I try for natural light, I realize the colours may be vary slightly in person so I suggest every Art collector and customer to please check colours on different screens if colour variation is a concern to you.
All sales are final, except for a few situations and a restocking fee may apply.

DO YOU USE SOLD PIECES AS INSPIRATION?
I invite my customers to look through my sold pieces to see if any of them calls their name. I won’t attempt to copy a piece because I know I could never replicate an artwork; each piece is unique. And that’s a great thing as you will own the only piece like that in the entire world!
However, I will consider a commissioned project using the same mood/style/colors of a previous piece. But it will NOT be an exact duplicate.
DO YOU TAKE COMMISSIONS?
A few times a year I accept a limited number of commissioned projects, for pieces 20" x 20" and larger. Keep in mind the price of commission artwork is naturally higher than any of the available works. I would ask you to sign in a contract and pay a deposit. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
I do ship internationally, depending on the size of the piece and country. My online shop calculates automatically shipping once you complete the requested information. If you would like to chat about other shipping options, please email me art@szyp.ca
CAN I VISIT YOUR STUDIO?
My studio is only open by appointment. During COVID times and after we have set up a personalized viewing curated specially for each client. There is a cost for the viewing that gets deducted from the price of the artwork purchased during the viewing. Contact me to make an appointment.
