Fracture is an Abstraction piece that emerged from witnessing the profound fracture brought by the pandemic: the transition from the before, through the tumultuous during, to the myriad of after possibilities. Using oils as a medium while creating Fractured enabled me to blend seamlessly, aiming to convey a sense of softness mirroring our vulnerability yet resilience amidst it all.
